And flattered I am… although isn’t vichyssoise the cold form of leek and potato soup? I wouldn’t think the recipe I made would work very well cold because of all the bacon in it.
Ah well, that is splitting hairs…all I can say is anything which involves bacon and lots of garlic gets my attention ! It was excellent hot especially given the appalling weather we are having here!
