YA Caesar Salad

They’re quick and easy to make and always good. This one featured chicken soaked in another Vaguely Asian™ marinade and grilled on the GeoFo, with some shaved Parm on top, a whole fresh 49¢ avocado, a handful of grape tomatoes, chopped green onions, a sliced up beet, croutons, and of course, the prerequisite romaine lettuce.
