Simple, healthy and tasty. We had tuna steaks, a small piece of salmon, chicken balls, mizuna, hakusai and shiitake.
We were even too full to chuck in udon noodles at the end.

What do you use for broth in these things? They look so good!
Usually just a bog standard chicken broth/stock deal – but I add in shiitake mushrooms from the beginning to get all the taste from them I can.
Also in the bowls we mix in ponzu with the broth. Yesterday had ponzu with yuzu so it suited the fish well.
Sounds very exotic! Don’t get 90% of those ingredients here. Not that I know anyway….
Really though it’s just veggies and meat boiled up in soup which you eat as you go along (^_^).
