Madame is a great cook, and this pudding was a take on a Zabaglione which really was amazing.
Make the Zabaglione in the normal way (they used sugar and Prosecco which gave it a much subtler taste than using Marsala) and then when the right consistency, pour it over some blueberries.
Then the good bit … put it in the oven for a few minutes to form a crust. It gave it a wonderful caramelised taste which was wonderful. (2 likes, 2 comments) Read more ›
