Homemade rocket pesto with linguine. I’ve loved rocket (arugula) since forever – I don’t care whether it’s trendy or not. I love how readily available it is in Australia!
There are some Japanese greens I miss though – but thanks to a local online organic seed place – those will soon be in reach!
