I just ate, so I’m still digesting, so my kung fu may not be as good as later on.

Found some wonderful tilapia today. The  seasoning composed  of olive oil, dill weed, wasabi, ginger and garlic. The fish was turned over in the hot mix and finished in a the oven. When the fish was done, the oil was used to flavor (and keep from sticking) the noodles and do the strir-fry.  Also, can you say Housin Garlic Sauce.
