That sirloin looks quite amazing !! Cooked to perfection. I haven’t really changed my views on gravy but if it had been me, I would have dug a hole in the middle of the mash and put the gravy in there !
I had thought of making Yorkshire pud to soak up even more gravy but thought better of it.
