Had to be very careful to not eat the fatty bits. The meat was melt in the mouth tender though.

Oooooooh…..I think a good roast rack of lamb is my favourite (well, this week anyway!) but ….where’s the Mint Sauce?
I sometimes do it squished in the GeoFo….the fat positively rolls out !
Not seen mint sauce with lamb since my grandfather passed away.
well…get to it then….! Mint, hot vinaigre and sugar though I use honey, honey!

My Granny used to make mint jelly to go with lamb, which was good. I also liked it on toast ( I was a weird kid ).
