These are banana prawns but they do not taste like banana.

…but do they taste of prawn? Do you just boil the rice in coconut milk or what??
They did taste of prawn!
First rinse the Jasmine rice well to get rid of the starch, then put in a pot and cover with enough coconut milk to do an absorption cook. I usually use a can of light coconut milk and just add water to the rest actually so it’s not too rich.
An absorption cook…..! Sounds absorbing !
