All made from scratch, I didn’t grow the rocket although I did the basil & parsley. Gnocchi dough was part of a frozen batch thawed and then kneaded again and rolled out – see Peter it can be homemade and still convenient!

Yum! I don’t much care for basil (I know, how horrific) but I once made a pesto with arugula and walnuts and it was sooo good!!
