Mini lamb burgers stuffed with blue Brie. I didn’t mix with potatoes though but breadcrumbs. And I didn’t add in creme fraiche. Served on puchi Italian panini.

Sliders is what we call mini burgers in these parts. Most gratified to note the absence of beetroot on the burgers, despite the beet leaves on the (expertly presented and photographed) plate.
I don’t have any sliced or whole beets right now – just some cubes and they wouldn’t work.
Yes, these mini burgers are the way forard…..taste bombs that can be eaten without all the slobber and guts of the huge ones they serve these days. I sometimes make these and vary the ingredients…makes for a flavourful meal
