Tonight I made chicken, which I coated in crushed seasoned corn flakes and then pan crisped and finished in the oven. Sides are brussels sprouts, sliced tomato, and a parsnip puree my boyfriend made the other night. Deeee-licious! I predict some fresh cherries for dessert a little later on!
