The naughty bit was the dollop of creme fraiche! Also added some edamame for good measure.
I smoked the salmon with black tea, jasmine rice and sugar.

Was the whole thing chilled or hot? Gorgeous as always…
Soup was hot so the creme fraiche became all melty when stirred in. Salmon was warm.

“tea smoked”?- I see rice and salt . How do you get it to do the smoky part, and yes- watercress soup? looks fancy, healthy ( exspt for the naughty bit) and awesome
