So mum cooked this… all i know is that there is ginger, spinach and potato. I can’t even remember what it’s called. BUT IT WAS REALLLLY NICE, she burned the potatoes lol but I reckon it tasted great anyways. I think it’s like an Indian dish, however ours was pretty mild.But it looks sort of, maybe a little hideous… It looks better IRL but still not very pleasant looking but who cares I loved it. And yogurt with it was nice too
