Cold basil chicken and this super crispy salad are perfect for a humid Cairns evening. I added dried yuzu flakes to the dressing for an extra bit of citrus-y tang.
And for dessert…..
….. mini chocolate cupcakes topped with a lemon cream cheese icing! YUM!
