Steaming bok choy is my fav way to prepare it. Mabo dofu is a super quick meal in our house and fortunately liked by all.
Even if I can’t Elliot Mason to eat the bok choy yet.

aaaa- tofu. We went to a japanese restaurant the other night, and the meal had giant chunks of it- told Marco it’s fresh mozarella- he bought it for about a second, lol- I love it
