something old, something new

I set a terrible example around here for posting frequency lately. And here I go with one of my greatest hits meals- lamb burgers with mint and a home-made tzatziki sauce, butternut squash puréed with five spice powder and butter, and baked potatoes with rosemary from the garden. blah blah blah. Some comeback. I have learned a new trick, however, but vegetarians beware- the way to perfect brussels sprouts involves sautéeing them with bacon. See above.
