Here’s what I had for dinner tonight. In fact I’m still eating it, as a good study aid…
Barley rice, topped with seasoned dried seaweed; ojingeochae muchim (spicy seasoned dried squid); gyeran mari (rolled egg omelet) to which I added green onion, garlic, and shiitake mushrooms. Totally noms, even if the squid gets stuck in my teeth.
