Chipotle Braised Chicken: Another winner from the epicurious app, another chance to use chipotle chili powder which is making leaps and bounds in the New Favorite Spice category. It’s definitely not for cilantrophobes; as you can see it calls for quite a bit of that, but the cilantro definitely mellows out the spicy and citrus flavors. Served with some packaged southwestern style corn which matched perfectly.
