Yesterday: Corn on the cob with butter, oven roasted potato slices with dill and sliced ramp bulbs and ketchup, and roast beef with rosemary and ramp gravy.
Today: Lamb burgers made with mint, diced green peppers, couscous, ramps, and green onions topped with mushrooms sauteed with more ramps and green onions and green peppers, cold boiled beets and steamed sugar snap peas.
