Well, it was going to be plain-ish dinner, but the grilled chicken somehow rolled in a sauteed red pepper/garlic/scallion/ginger sweet and sour sauce and glaze, and the Sweet Potatoes befriended some green peas. O, and fresh pineapple for desert.
