Well, OK, it’s definitely Caesar salad, just with some extra stuff, and not exclusively with romaine lettuce. The chicken was marinated in Newman’s Own mesquite lime and grilled on the GeoFo, and the croutons were from some bread I got at this weekend’s farmers market, as were all the salad greens and veggies. Nice spring food and good preparation for seeing Thom Yorke tonight at the Fox Theater in Oakland…
