Panna Cotta with Apple, Orange & Cranberry Compote & Raspberry Syrup

Pesto with spaghetti, fresh chunks of buttered baguette and for dessert – I finally totally conquered panna cotta!

Mmmm so many noms. Sleepy now.

  1. It *is* a tricksy little bugger isn’t it? SO deceptively simple and so easy to bork up totally. I think the trick this time was to make sure the cream didn’t boil and then to wait until it had cooled considerably before adding it to the moistened gelatine powder.
