Lovely Japanese style breaded cod fillet fried with some bay leafs and topped with horseradish sauce with a side of steamed broccoli ( and for some of us pepperoncini and pickles) and coleslaw. Strawberries and vanilla ice cream for dessert (since the dog ate the cake)

Yum. Dog ate the cake???
sadly, my angel food cake is gone, taken in it’s innocence by a thieveng dog (with a bad “bread tooth”) from the cradle of the baking pan.Happily we still have strawberries and cream
