Purple Potatoes

Today is farmers market day, so I stocked up. Purple potatoes roasted in the oven with salt and pepper and olive oil. Green beans steamed and then tossed with garlic and dill and olive oil. Lamb sausages grilled on the GeoFo which were really, really good- sometimes these small vendors really do have superior stuff. And another salad of exotic greens including mustards and anchocress, watermelon radishes, red peppers, cucumbers, carrots and an avocado, topped with a balsamic vinaigrette. Now to spend the evening baking meyer lemon bars with the overabundance of lemons from my back yard…
