Salmon, Rice and Vegetables

Pan seared whole mushrooms in sesame oil and 4-5 gloves garlic, dill weed,
tangerine juice and ginger. Than added fresh chopped red and green bell pepper, bunch of scallions and asparagus. Removed and used the liquid to poach a nice piece of salmon with some of the mushroom and pepper chopped fine for the sauce. Stir fried the veg  just a little. Served with steamed rice (basmati, long brown wild mix)
