Stir fried with fresh ginger, onions and garlic over jasmine rice. Another simple, easy to make meal that was tasty and filling. And I finally finished off the beets (sadly, not pictured) that have been languishing in the fridge.

First it’s lamb, now I want beef. Maybe the blood donation last week has left me iron-deficient…
