Poached chicken with skin crisped in olive oil, Japanese turnips in miso butter (seriously yum! – recipe), carrots in ginger and tossed with sesame oil and rice with gomashio.

The carrots will be on my list for this week. Sound amazing! So you poach the chicken (pieces?) and then deep fry them or shallow?
Yep poach them in water or soup (depending on the sauce or if no sauce I intend to have) and then just shallow fry the skin. I know I should really be taking the skin off but it’s sooooo yum!
