Had a bit of a red meat craving tonight, so I got some lean ground beef – about a pound and a half in the package. I divided that into 12, froze 10 of them, and made the other two into little slider-sized burgers. just some salt and pepper and fried in a dry pan.
The magic, however, lies in the topping. For some reason tonight’s guacamole was particularly good, and on the burger it was even better. I also had some mayo and tomato on the roll (a potato roll, the texture makes it good). Of course on the side a healthy spoonful of the guacamole with some tortilla chips.
Dessert was 3 Oreos. Nom nom nom.
