
Simple chicken broth with chicken pieces, shiitake, mizuna, hakusai and tofu. Udon was added in at the end.

Just saw a recipe in Food and Wine magazine that made me think of you~ figured it was something you’d make and enjoy. Funny to see this nabe picture today, because it looks very similar.
