Pizza again tonight from Eh! Formaggio, this one with goat cheese, ricotta and “caramelized” onion. The onions weren’t exactly caramelized~ really just slightly sauteed, but still tasty. Lots of garlic on this bad boy, too.

One of the best pies I’ve had in a long time.

Hmm has never occurred to me to try ricotta cheese on a pizza.. interesting…
Very nice. I would be tempted to finish caramelizing the onion by taking a propane burner to them (~_^)
