I made a HUGE pot of soup today. Corn chowder with ham and a milky, mushroomy-celery’y-oniony base. Mmm!

I LOATHE corn chowder/soup/potage – I think it’s from overkill being here where in winter it turns up with almost every meal you have outside the home.
What is WITH the Japanese and corn?!
inorite????? I’ve come to loathe in in all forms EXCEPT when it’s on the cob. Then I like it.
But soup, salad, pizza damn near everything else NO THANKS.
