I had some yams sitting around, that I never got around to cooking for Thanksgiving, and figured I’d better use them up. None of your candied marshmallow affairs for this girl. I’ll take a bake, Jake, but the best yam management technique in my book is to scrub ’em, halve ’em, boil ’em. butter ’em, salt ’em, pepper’ em, and eat ’em. So that’s what I had for dinner tonight.
