Chicken and Pasta

I’ve been busy all day working, and never got free enough to cook, so J took the reins and made a deliciously unique creation somewhat similar to Southern chicken and dumplings, but with pasta instead of dumplings, and a lot more rosemary. We started with a hearty garden salad, full of micro-greens, romaine lettuce, green onions, tomatoes, cucumber, a boiled egg and my homemade vinaigrette. Then we cleaned out our bowls and swapped for the main course, which was made with whole-grain pasta, had garlic, black pepper, Sriracha and mixed veg in it as well. Much appreciated and hearty; good working fuel even if it was a little spicier than intended.
